Is there any easy way to say goodbye? How should we tell others we must depart? Where do you go to see your new friends and family off? Today was our last mission day in Honduras. We got the opportunity to visit our final community and serve alongside our new friends. Over the week, we honed our teamwork, including the Friends of Barnabas staff. Geovany, our amazing driver for the week, made us a video to remember the week. His video and various photos are proof of the good work from this week. Returning home is going to be bittersweet. Instead of saying goodbye, we can say “see you soon”. Or “until we meet again”. Or better yet “same time next year?”
