Plan Grande

Plan Grande was the destiny God planned for our team today. We found smiles everywhere. The sun showed up and smiled at us, the community brought a lot of kids - over 60 total- that shared their smiles as well. Curious looks, laughs and songs filled the atmosphere with joy.

The community provided us with spacious, clean and organized facilities which enabled our team to work easily.

Our dental team was very productive and was amazed by the endurance shown by a lot of brave and cooperative youth who went into the dental procedures with determination and no signs of regrets. Several crosses were given to these brave patients.

The team was impressed by how families support each other - not just their own families but with friends. Two crosses were shared within a single family - with the grandparents raising two children as they cared for an elderly friend- even as they were struggling with their own medical challenges.

Maggie’s devotion reminded us that we are in Honduras during Lent and how meaningful it is to be serving during this special time.
