Thursday, October 22, 2026 Today we made our way back to Peña Blanca. After three exhausting days of clinics, it was nice to sleep in a little and take a slower pace through this day. We started with breakfast at the hotel, followed by a devotion by Yolanda on trusting God and being flexible. Wednesday, October 21, 2026 Nothing prepares you for a greeting like the one we received at El Tamarindo. We were introduced like a starting lineup, complete with balloons and fans lining the way to high-five us as we arrived. It set the tone for the entire day. These communities are not in the mountains, rather, they are in areas where most of the country's melons are grown. We are lovingly calling this a Melon Medical Team.
