We had a great day in Plancitos de Suyapa, that is after we got there.
I have not been able to capture the narrow width and steep climb and inevitable descent that our amazing driver Giovany managed to safely get us through. For those who are interested, and Gary, we saw lots of banana trees, coffee bushes and corn planted and tended on these steep slopes.
We met with and cared for 36 families. Our hosts did an amazing job of unloading and setting up stations. After seemingly torturing the little ones through the first stations the stickers, chalk and bubbles came out and suddenly they were smiling and laughing and we were friends.
