Sunday at Alfredo's House

Today, the team began the day after resting at “Alfredo’s House” (Home Location), then took a short boat tour, observing the local lake and wildlife. Following a delicious lunch made by the hard-working volunteer staff, the team began assembling medication & sanitation kits for each community that will be visited in the following days.

Supplies for the clinic trip tomorrow were stocked, reviewed, and loaded into the appropriate vehicles. Once preparation for the clinic days was complete, the team bonded over a hearty dinner at a delicious local restaurant. The night concluded with a meeting reiterating formal procedure and covering the specific needs of the community we’re visiting tomorrow.
