The October Team is in Honduras!

The October Team arrived in Honduras today! This is a special scouting team, as we will be serving communities in the southern departments of Choluteca and Valle. These communities are not in the mountains, rather, they are in areas where most of the country's melons are grown. We are lovingly calling this a Melon Medical Team.

The team is made up of 10 volunteers and staff from the US and 20 staff and translators from Honduras. Our US team members are coming from Virginia, North Carolina, Massachusetts and Florida. Tomorrow, the full team will take a road trip from Alfredo's House to where we will be staying in Southern Honduras.

This evening, Erin, the President of Friends of Barnabas, shared a devotion from Revelation 3:8 - "See, I have placed before you an open door." We are excited for this adventure and to see where God leads us. Thank you for your prayers and for following along with us on this special team.
