Great progress was made today, despite the rain! All the fencing is up. Tomorrow they will put the caps on the posts, the welder will place the gates and rebar will be placed where the fence needs it.
The ladies worked on the five display frames on the walls in the dining room of Alfredo’s House. The photos they placed tells the story of Friends of Barnabas from 1997 to 2015.
Up at the clinic, the guys have been cutting floor tiles. At dinner time, they needed only six pieces of tile to finish the floors. They also worked on building the exercise steps for the clinic. Plumbing will be finished once the tile is in. All that's left will be installing the sinks, toilet and fixtures tomorrow.
Dinner was wonderful with fried chicken, potatoes, broccoli and carrots, biscuits, with ice cream for dessert.
Lil led us in devotions; then many went for showers and an early bedtime.
