Partner With Us
Born out of a desire for our 30 communities to have a more personal source of support, it is our goal to find a Community Partner for each community in our Healthy Communities Program.
Through a combined annual contribution of $6,500,
our Community Partners help impact an entire community
throughout the year!
Pairs of partners at $3,250 each receive updates, stories, and photos as their community is visited so
they are able to watch how the partnership
makes a difference
throughout the year.
