| W. Joe Foster, a native of
Halifax County, Virginia is a graduate of Danville Community College and
holds a Business degree from Virginia Tech. Joe is a Certified Public
Accountant, with a practice in Danville, Virginia that encompasses all
areas of income tax, trusts and estates, and management advisory services.
Mr. Foster serves as the treasurer of the Danville Regional Health
Foundation and the Kiwanis Club of Danville Foundation. Joe and his wife, Ann, reside in Danville, Virginia and have three grown children. |
