Erin Caldwell

Erin H. Caldwell was born and raised in rural Fairfield, Virginia, and currently lives in Richmond. Mrs. Caldwell received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Mary Washington in International Affairs, concentrating on Third World Development and Latin America. She is currently completing Virginia Commonwealth University’s Master of Public Administration program as well as the Graduate Certificate for Nonprofit Management program. Prior to joining FOBF, Erin worked for a nonprofit focusing on poor rural farmers in Guatemala, Peru, and Bolivia. As a member of the Friends of Barnabas staff, Erin serves as a grant writer, development officer, translator, and program coordinator.

Erin is very involved in the Bon Air Rotary Club, as the Chairperson for the International Committee. She also holds a seat on the Board of Directors, and helps coordinate Youth Exchange Program activities within the club and district. Erin enjoys traveling with her husband, Jeremy, and gardening, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
