Charnell Blair |
| Charnell W. Blair resides in
Suffolk, Virginia where she can count seven generations of maternal
ancestors. She holds a B.S. degree from University of Mary Washington. As
principal of Wellspring Financial Concepts, she provides comprehensive
financial planning and asset management, specializing in education and
materials development for young people. Mrs. Blair served as a past
president of the Hampton Roads Financial Planning Association. Mrs. Blair is a licensed private pilot and enjoys traveling, snow-skiing and painting. She is active in the parish life and youth ministries of Christ and Saint Luke’s Episcopal Church. |
